Sourced from COMSA (Cafe Organico Marcala, S.A.), a cooperative formed in 2000 by 62 Honduran farmers dedicated to transitioning to organic farming, this coffee represents more than exceptional quality. COMSA uses Fair Trade premiums to fund social projects, including paying teachers' salaries, purchasing school supplies, and building school kitchens to support the Merienda Escolar meal program.
